1. Wonderful nursing.
2. Wonderful knowledge of specialist so grateful.
Just one nurse really wound me up. I do not even like to complain but night nurse John (CCU) appears not to know the meaning of love. Did he have a mother who ever showed him love? He comes over as lacking love, empathy, understanding, listening skill, very hard in fact. I have done long training in professional listening. He would benefit from that. I was refused a sleeping tablet - said it was difficult to get a doctor's permission.

I have no complaints at all. The nursing has been very good, the communication with the doctors good.
You were treated with compassion and never kept waiting for longer than ten minutes for any request. I have been very happy with stay at Tonbridge Weeks Hospital.

Hospital food was excellent. Meal times were regular on time. Tea and coffee trolley available 24-7 excellent. More information to be available to patient. I'd been here two days before I found out about it. More info could be passed on about medicines changes.
